Visiting the Japanese American National Museum, flaming margaritas, blustery winds and concerns of my now very annoying eczema problems…plus a seafood dinner with my family!

A museum conference is in town and I nerd out in downtown over the food, the people, and the museums. My cheek heals and then relapses and I attempt to dress up a few times.

A journey to Hogwarts, visiting MOCA and the Natural History Museum, eating Korean wings and escaping from a Soviet Spy house.

My friend Hanna stays with us through Thursday morning, we take on the bowling alley, I make a lot of deviled eggs for Easter, see my little cousins, spend family time at the race track, and of course try every measure possible to heal my face.

A busy work week with some fun allergist appointments mixed in. (Skin tests suck, by the way). A friend comes to visit from Germany and a board game night ensues. Oh! And Bruce Springsteen.

Somehow it’s already March! This week I wore around hiking boots like a nerd, prepped for upcoming Yosemite trip, made the cutest Gudetama candy kit, and hung out in South Pasadena with pets, parents, and a puzzle.

Recovering from New York, stuck in jury duty, playing with watercolors again, and a few days in Austin, Texas!
