Our annual family trip up to San Luis Obispo after Christmas, hiking to a waterfall with the pups, seeing my mom’s high school self in a gallery show, and spending New Years weekend with my closest friends who came down from the Bay area.

Days at work and with friends (mostly eating) leading up to the holidays. Then spending time with my parents in South Pas, wrapping gifts, making cookies and gingerbread houses with my little cousins, and soaking in the family cheer.

My fridge broke…alas. So this week is a lot of eating out, preparing the advent calendar, helping Marie with her video, being 75 year old grandpas at a steakhouse, and a few hours at Disneyland…

The week of Thanksgiving—gearing up for traveling home, eating sad dinners, packing up the dogs, and hanging out with good friends from high school and seeing family all weekend long.

Just me and the pups as I finally defeat the last of my cold that won’t go away. Lots of hanging at Kiki’s, watching America’s Next Top Model, seeing friends, and of course…visiting Stars Hollow!
