MY WEEK IN PHOTOS: JANUARY 30–FEBRUARY 5, 2017!
Still learning to ski, reading Helter Skelter on a mountain, a dope 2 Dope Queens show, a lot of bento boxes, Shake Shack, and a beautiful day in San Diego with some of my best friends.
Snow or sheets?
The beautiful view!
On the way to ski. It was my third time (maybe 4th if you count an afternoon on skis once) and I get real real anxious about going.
Top of the mountain!
Zach visits me on the training hills
Beautiful and scary
Looking confident but I’m not
HAPPY TO BE POST-SKI
A few hours to read
Inversion in the skyyyyy
A lot of empty middle seats on Southwest *blessed*

They take a pill but also get their fav wet food so it’s a win win
Quick snuggle and I’m out
Spent the mornings shooting some photo/video at the Villa
My hair feels really long…but I don’t wanna spend any money on a haircut…meh
Driving back to the Center
Shrimp in salad? It wasn’t horrible
Stopped at Marukai for bento for dinner and a few things for groceries
Every walk Sufi tries to bring Mickey…and he made it pretty far out the door this walk
Dinner, The Fall, and Tweedy snugs
Feeling extra tired
Again Sufi’s Mickey nearly escapes
Snack at work from Marukai
Leaving at magic hour! Took the tram down for once
Made mapo tofu for dinner
Marie came by! I forced her on a Target run and then we bought some snacks…
Morning with the pups
I got this balloon back during Halloween weekend, I kept it since it wasn’t deflated. Sufi got tangled in the string/weight, ran around the apartment swinging the metal weight into the walls and furniture…he finally got free and hid under the couch. So I popped the balloon and into the trash it goes…
Tired stripes waldo
Final bento from the market a few days back. This one was yummy!
Zach’s been in Utah, and got the sad news that his sweet grandmother passed away. Here’s a pic from a few months back when Zach was playing her his voiceover demo reel, look how proud she looks. That’s a true, authentic, loving grandma look. ❤
Later that night I picked up Zeen from the airport with the pups in tow
It’s been really chilly so I want to be sure gecko gets some body heat
I went underground to my office and it was raining, and came back up at the end of the day and it wasn’t raining anymore…miracles
A new Shake Shack opened a lil’ closer to me
Kiki, Ders, and I went to eat some burgs
Kiki tried the new chicken sandwich
I ordered the shroom burger but got a regular cheeseburger. Not complaining, I never tried it before and it was good!
Saturday! Decided to dress like 8 year-old Sarah on our day trip to San Diego
Excited to hang with my friends all day!
Picked this baby up from Target last minute (was hoping to get the Monopoly card game but they didn’t have it)
It was approximately 2 hours drive to San Diego

Ancient growlers for beer
Tristy and Justin in the evolution exhibit
Got our prescription….I was prescribed mummy dust
Everybody stranded together on a raft in the ocean…who do we eat? We pulled straws. The smallest gets killed and the second smallest does the killing. I survived. Kiki had to kill Ders tho, it was tragic
Off to Stone Brewing and Tasting Room
Excited for brews
Bunch of super bitter beers
Then we went to a pop up biergarten called Quartyard that had a dog park attached…omg
If you go to San Diego in the next few months, come here! It’s only a pop up until a hotel gets built on this spot.
Had beers, touched dogs, watched them play ughughgugh so fun
We spent a loooooong while here
Attacked by a pug and loving every second
Stayed until dark…
