Met Zach on his lunch hour to grab some ramen near his work.
And then I went on my way to Claremont!
My living quarters for the next few days. I'm doing a Getty Leadership Institute program that is hosted at Claremont Graduate school. I had that online seminar the week before, but this week we have an IRL component that dives deeper into the topics we covered online.
Night one. It's been like 5 hours only and I'm already drained. I'm introverted and turning my social skills up on high really burns my energy.

This whole week is like…mirror shots. Haha the day was really long and intensive, discussing leadership styles, team management, finding your strengths and weaknesses, and challenges in museum work. Very interesting, very fulfilling, lots of brain power dedicated to it…

Today's challenge was an all day design thinking sprint about ideas for *if* Los Angeles gets the 2024 Olympic bid.

And the next day was a great panel on diversity, discussions about how to improve diversity in the field, and our capstone presentations! Didn't document any of it, I was a stress ball. But I did it! What an enriching and challenging few days. *Still pooped*

If I had it my way I'd just sit in silence for the next two days to recharge from the leadership course.
But alas, it's the taping of Dick Duquesne tonight and I have to go be alive.
