MY WEEK IN PHOTOS: NOVEMBER 10 – 16
A week spent getting back into the swing of things post-month abroad. This includes seeing lots of friends, getting up ridiculously early (jetlagged), and making too many drawings of Tweedy. Enjoy!
Woke up Monday morning after falling asleep at 5 PM the night before. Maaaajor jetlag. It was about 2:30 AM when I first woke up, and I knew I wouldn't be able to go back to sleep. I tried until about 4, and just gave up and decided to have coffee. Had a little bento breakfast action too.
The boys hung out with me while I wandered around the apartment so early.
I work on a few thank yous (for the folks who watched the pups!)
A few little bits and bobs for Kiki and Gabby
And some goodies for my co-workers
Finally it's a reasonable time to head in for work – and so off to work I go! Back to Gettyland.
Just discovered chimichurri sauce, which was so nice as a side
That evening was the opening of a new photography show at the Getty. The work of Josef Koudelka. These huge gorgeous panoramas are a must see!

Lil Tweedz
It's been so hard with this jetlag. I feel like it wasn't this hard to get used to the time difference over there, but dang, I get tired around 5 PM and just can't recover.
Of course Wednesday night I had a ticket for a concert. I tried with all of my might to get my ish together and peel off that couch.

Tame Impala!!!!!!!!!
Okay, so Zeen's the real huge Tame Impala fan, but it was a great concert. They are a charmin' group. I will say I did have to nap between the opener and Tame Impala. And also maybe napped slightly through a few songs in the middle. So. Tired.
Here's what I think maybe is their most famous song – it's great!

It gets dark SO early now. It's very sad. My office doesn't have a window so sometimes I barely see the daylight!
I meet up with Kiley to try the first place that has Malaysian food in my quest to find the deliciousness that was the place in London.
Honestly, it wasn't the greatest. 
The hunt continues. But it was great to see Kiley!

The shoot went well – still waiting for Gabby to choose her selects before I process them.
And Saturday Zeen and I did the silliest thing called "Pirate Dinner Adventure" which basically is the same concept as Medieval Times, but pirate themed. You basically watch a huge pirate stage production while eating dinner hahaha, soooo corny and great.

The show was full of stunts and even a huge dragon. It was definitely like an hour and half – like a whole long thing! I didn't know what I was getting myself into.
