Good morn!

Spent the morning shooting some special collections in the GRI

These are Russian Futurist art books, they are hand made and very very fragile

In the evening I edited some installation shots from the asian mamas show

Monday night, had reservations at the Stinking Rose! I’ve always known this place exists cuz it eventually comes up when people find out you love garlic. It’s famous as “a garlic restaurant that puts garlic in everything” but I’ve always heard it’s kitschy. Sounds RIGHT up my alley.

My auntie gave me this grapefruit from her tree and I tried to casually eat it in a meeting…but it was SO JUICY that it made such a huge mess on the conference table

Happy hour celebrating the launch of an online exhibition that I helped a little bit with in the digital media outreach. It’s about Ancient Palmyra. Pretty powerful!

Friday! I’m off today, but did a little work in the morning

A big storm was coming so we rushed to the store to get some groceries for the weekend. At the time we thought the storm would last all weekend so we wanted to be prepped.

It was already starting to rain, but mostly the wind was poppin’ off

Wahhhhhhh so good, especially in the rainy weather. Spam kimchi fried rice, spicy rice cakes, and spicy cheese ramen

Whenever I take this trail I really can’t resist going to Mateo’s for an icecream bar or scoop. This is “chamomango”, chamoy + mango. It’s spicy mango flavor and SO SO GOOD

A casual Sunday evening Rat Race watch…cuz People v. OJ’s Cuba Gooding Jr. crying was so so reminiscent of Rat Race for me hahaha sad connection but damn. His crying.
