A DAY IN MY LIFE: JUNE 17, 2017 (FAMILY, SWIMMING, SUMMER)

A day spent with my family and little cousins in their world of play and craziness. Happy early Father’s Day tacos, and celebrating my Uncle’s birthday, and swimming.

I look a little bit like a gremlin but heyo good morning.

I planned to go to my cousins house for swimming and some early Father’s Day dinner—but I went even earlier to take my lil’ cousin to basketball practice.

Practiced for a full hour with water breaks. Impressive for such tiny people.

I taught them how to play Sardines. (Basically reverse hide-and-seek if you’ve never played it. One person hides and the rest try to find them and hide with them when they are found. Soon only one person is wandering around looking for everybody else haha)

Finally, some time to myself for my podcasting and quiet time. I love my little cousins with all my heart, but like 9 hours with my little cousins demanding attention…it’s tiring. Need to recharge.

Such a beautiful sunset that night, driving on the freeway was actually enjoyable to see the sun set across Los Angeles.
